Reservations

 

Provisional bookings/reservations can be made via telephone or email.  

 

In order to secure your chosen dates, please arrange to pay the initial deposit with your details. (Cheques only, please do not send cash).

 

A 10% deposit is required within 5 working days of the provisional booking to secure your chosen dates. We will send you confirmation by email of your booking, upon receipt of this deposit. 

 

The balance of the holiday is required 8 weeks prior to commencement.  Should your holiday commence less than 8 weeks from the date of booking, please note we will require the full balance in order to secure your reservation.

 

 

 

Travel Insurance

 

Travel holiday insurance is essential to cover non refundable payments should a cancellation be made. Please ensure that you have arranged your own travel insurance prior to your departure.

 


 

Cancellations

 

Should you wish to cancel your holiday for any reason, please advise us of this as soon as possible.

 

Cancellations may be subject to a £50 /- charge. We regret that in the event of a cancellation being made less than 14 days prior to the start date, no refund can be made.

 

Cancellations 15 – 28 days prior to commencement are subject to a charge of 75% of the cost.

 

 

 

Arrival and Departure

 

Your property will be available from 3pm on the first day until 1030 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise advised. We ask all guests to please observe these times as this is the only time we have available to ensure the housekeeping is completed.

 

We expect all guests to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.

 

Please be aware that all damage and breakages must be paid for by the hirer.

 

Smoking

Please note that a NON SMOKING policy applies to all places within the premises. We would appreciate that smoking is conducted outside in the open air, in consideration for guests who will follow that do or do not smoke.

 

 


Keys

 

Keys to the Property are the responsibility of the hirer at all times. Any costs incurred through loss or damage including loss of access to the property will be charged in full to the hirer.

 

 

 

Pets

 

We regret that we are unable to accept any pets.
